1. Scope of Services
Darnoc provides software engineering, architectural consulting, web development, and payment integration services as defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Darnoc and the client.
2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon full settlement of project invoices, the client receives full, unrestricted ownership of custom software code, database schemas, and interface assets developed under the agreed scope.
3. Delivery & Milestone Sign-Offs
Work proceeds on a transparent weekly cadence. Clients review working staging builds regularly and provide timely feedback to maintain agreed delivery dates.
4. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
Unless otherwise specified in a formal enterprise contract, commercial agreements are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
