01 · The Business Challenge

What the company was struggling with

Patients search Google before choosing a clinic, but most local practices are only visible through Google Maps and social pages. There is no clear list of services, no way to see who the doctors are, and no easy way to request a slot outside calling hours. Since most patients browse on their phones, the site also had to feel trustworthy within seconds and make booking effortless.

02 · The Solution I Engineered

How I engineered a lasting fix

Designed and built a statically generated website with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. It includes a dedicated page for every service (what to expect, duration, price range, aftercare), doctor profile pages, a clinic gallery with a before/after slider, and an appointment form that validates +254 phone numbers, blocks past dates and Sundays, and offers time slots based on opening hours. Submitting the form opens WhatsApp with every detail prefilled. A live "Open now / Closed" badge, a sticky mobile Call/WhatsApp/Book bar, and LocalBusiness schema help patients find and reach the clinic. All content lives in a single config file, so the site can be re-skinned for another clinic in a day.
